Role: Full Stack Engineer (Senior/Staff) – Real-Time Mining Economics 

We are searching for Senior or Staff Full Stack Engineers who excel at building captivating, user-friendly applications and integrating data in real time. You’ll be working on the first-ever real-time mining economics application, using React to craft an intuitive front end and AWS to deploy a high-performance back end. This role requires you to bring passion, energy, and a mission-oriented mindset to creating game-changing products that solve complex challenges. 

Key Tech Stack & Tools 

• Front End: React (Typescript/JavaScript), modern UI libraries 

• Back End: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, or other relevant services) 

• Data Integration: APIs, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), structured/unstructured data 

• DevOps & Deployment: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker) 
• Collaboration: GitHub, Jira, Slack 

About You 

• Startup & Big Tech DNA: You’ve cut your teeth at a known Seed, Series A, or B startup, or honed your skills in Big Tech. You understand what it means to ship high-quality features at speed. 

• Front-End Mastery: You have a track record of delivering beautiful, high-performing React applications that users love. You know how to optimize for performance and maintain code clarity. 

• Data Integration Know-How: You’re comfortable hooking up front-end components to real-time data pipelines and can troubleshoot data flows end to end. 

• Cloud & Deployment Proficiency: You have working knowledge of AWS (or another major cloud platform) and can own the deployment process from testing to production. 

• Ownership Mentality: You thrive on taking complete responsibility for your features, from ideation to production and ongoing maintenance. 

What You’ll Do (First 100 Days) 

• Architect & Prototype: Collaborate with our R&D team and Product Manager to design and build a minimum viable product for real-time mining site modeling. 

• Develop & Integrate: Implement robust data pipelines, ensuring smooth front-end to back-end communication for instantaneous analytics and visuals. 

• Iterate Rapidly: Deliver features at a rapid clip, gathering feedback from stakeholders and iterating to deliver a frictionless user experience. 

• Optimize & Scale: Maintain a high-quality, resilient codebase—anticipating growth, preparing for scale, and implementing best practices around testing, monitoring, and performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Feature Delivery: Write and maintain clean, high-quality code that pushes the boundaries of real-time data and user engagement. 

• Product Ownership: Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure continuous alignment with business goals and user needs. 

• Quality Assurance: Implement and refine automated testing, CI/CD, and performance monitoring tools to guarantee reliable releases. 

• Team Collaboration: Participate in regular stand-ups, pair programming, and code reviews to keep our engineering culture sharp and collaborative. 

• Deployment & Maintenance: Take responsibility for releasing new features to production, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
